1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kiomora app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Kiomora.

2. About Kiomora

Kiomora is a one-click day tracker that turns your messy daily updates into structured logs. Key features include SuperLog, health, expense, and notes logs, progress tracking, Ask Kiomora, and Compete functions.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, scrape, or interfere with Kiomora. You must not use the app for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse engineer it, or upload harmful content or malicious code.

5. User Content and Logs

You retain ownership of your entries, logs, and data. By using Kiomora, you grant us permission to process your content to provide and improve app features.

6. SuperLog and AI Outputs

SuperLog processes your text, audio, and media into structured logs. Some of these outputs are generated by AI. AI outputs may be inaccurate. You must review, edit, and confirm all important logs before relying on them.

7. Kiomora Plus Subscription

Kiomora Plus unlocks the SuperLog feature. Kiomora Plus may offer monthly and yearly plans. Pricing, free trial availability, plan options, and subscription terms are shown before purchase in the relevant app store.

• Your subscription is managed through the app store where you purchased Kiomora Plus, such as Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS where available.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store settings.
• You can cancel anytime through your Google Play subscriptions on Android, or through your Apple ID / App Store subscriptions on iOS where applicable.
• Refunds are handled under the policies of the store where the purchase was made.
• Deleting your Kiomora account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through the store where you subscribed.

8. Health Data Permissions

If you enable health integrations (such as Health Connect on Android, or Apple Health/HealthKit on iOS if added), Kiomora requires your permission to read step and health data. This data may be used for app features and the Compete leaderboard where enabled. You can revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings.

9. Compete, Friends, and Groups

You control your sharing settings where provided. Leaderboards may show your shared stats to friends or groups. You agree not to manipulate or cheat the Compete features.

10. No Medical Advice

Kiomora is a tracking tool. Kiomora does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns.

11. No Financial Advice

Expense tracking in Kiomora is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice.

12. Ask Kiomora / AI Limitations

The Ask Kiomora feature uses deterministic or automated systems to answer questions about your data. These responses can be incomplete or wrong and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

13. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability.

14. Account Deletion

You may delete your account using the in-app settings or by contacting our support email. Deletion of app data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiomora and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or its AI-generated outputs.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior.

17. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to Kiomora.
